Maria Paula was born in Evanston, Illinois (USA), brought up in Mexico City, and currently lives in Spain. She joined MdF Family Partners in 2020 as a graduate inter, working in the areas of Client Relations, Corporate Advisory and Portfolio Management. She is currently an analyst for the Portfolio Management team .
Maria Paula obtained her bachelor’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Santa Fe in Mexico City. She was part of the honors program which allowed her to obtain her Master`s in Finance, from EADA Business School in Barcelona while at engineering school.
Previous to MdF Family Partners she spent her summers at a summer camp in Ossipee Lake, New Hampshire. She is a certified lifeguard as well as sailing and waterskiing instructor. She enjoys snowboarding, triathlons, family vacations and playing the violin.
