Juan Carlos holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Barcelona (specializing in Finance and Investment) and a Higher Diploma in PDG (Executive Managament Program by IESE, 1-2019 Promotion). He is Managing Director of MdF Family Partners, and is responsible for the Portfolio Management team. In addition, he has a Diploma in Taxation Law and International Taxation Law from ESINE and an MBA from the Escuela de Administración de Empresas (EAE).
He started his professional career in 1988 at Invergest, a Securities Broker, as a Fixed Income portfolio Manager for four years. In 1992 he joined MdF Gestefin as Investment funds and SICAVs portfolio Manager. Juan Carlos has accumulated more than twenty years of experience in financial and capital markets.
He also holds a Diploma in Derivative Financial Products granted by Bolsa y Mercados (BME) and the title of Financial Analyst awarded to him by the Instituto de Estudios Financieros.
