Gemma Valero has been appointed leader of the new Philanthropy Committee of CFA Society Spain
We are pleased to share that our colleague Gemma Valero, CFA, Managing Director and Head of the Portfolio Management team, has been appointed Chair of the new Philanthropy Committee at CFA Society Spain.
This Committee has been created with the purpose of promoting positive social impact within the CFA community through initiatives that combine ethics, financial expertise, and service to society.
Under Gemma’s leadership, the Committee’s main objectives are:
🔹 Foster financial education initiatives and social action projects.
🔹 Promote collaboration with non-profit organizations.
🔹 Encourage volunteerism among members of CFA Society Spain.
The establishment of this Committee further reinforces the Society’s commitment to social responsibility and to developing initiatives that create value for both the community and the financial sector.
