Last week, thanks to the Asset Owners Committee of the CFA Society Spain, the second event of the Family Advisory Lecture Series took place, which constitutes a first block of events focused – on this occasion – on the family offices category. Daniel de Fernando, Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer, gave a presentation on “Resources dedicated to family wealth management. First steps in building an office or investment strategy”.
At the event, he discussed how family wealth can be constituted by the family business and/or financial wealth and explored questions such as “Should I set up a family office? What alternatives are there? What are the first steps? In a presentation full of relevant data and the latest academic developments on the subject.
